Privacy Policy

This page explains what this site collects when you ask what your home is worth, who receives it, and how to have it removed. It describes what this website actually does.

Who runs this site

OnTheMarketTexas.com is operated by TX Lead Forge as a referral service. It is not a brokerage. Valuations and any representation are provided by the local real estate professionals we pass your request to.

What we collect

  • The address you enter: saved when you select it, before you fill in the rest of the form, together with its city, state, ZIP code and map coordinates.
  • Your contact details: name, email address and phone number.
  • Basic technical information: your IP address, browser user agent and the pages you viewed, used to measure traffic and catch spam submissions.

Who we share it with

  • Your request is recorded by this website, emailed to the operator, and passed to TX Lead Forge.
  • It is then sent to a local real estate professional so they can prepare your estimate and follow up. They may call, text or email you.
  • Those professionals pay for these enquiries. That is our business model, and it is how the estimate is free to you.

We do not sell your details to unrelated advertisers or to data brokers.

Tracking on this site

A first-party script records anonymous page views and time on site so we know which pages are useful. It does not collect your name or contact details. Address lookups are checked against a mapping service so we can recognise a real address.

How long we keep it

We keep your request for as long as we need it to work the enquiry and to keep a record of what was sent where. If you want it removed sooner, ask and we will delete it.

Your choices

  • Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it.
  • Tell anyone who contacts you to stop — they must honour that.
  • Do not submit the form if you would rather not be contacted. Entering an address alone saves that address; ask us and we will delete it.

To make any of those requests, write to TX Lead Forge.

Children

This service is for adult property owners. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change how any of this works, we will change this page and update the date at the top.
